"04/2016 Continued: Landlord: We were pleased when we found out that Bill actually owned the home we were moving into. He is an excellent communicator and that is a great quality in a landlord. I will review both his roles separately here: Realtor: It is not easy moving from one state to another, especially when it comes to securing a home in your new state.
