Central Austin consists of established neighborhoods, with older charming homes. Located minutes from Austin’s downtown district, Lady Bird Lake, and the University of Texas campus, the Central Austin area holds true to its name; it is literally located in the middle of everything and anything Austin. Many new and longtime Central Austin residents choose to live in the area for the great Central Austin location. From fixer uppers to newly-constructed homes and condos, there are homes for just about every want and style.
